NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has permitted the Maharwal Khewaji Trust, which manages the Rs 20,000-crore property of erstwhile princely state of Faridkot, to operate bank accounts to pay salaries to staff and meet expenses on utilities bills and taxes etc.

65% Delhi-NCR households have 1 or more individuals with pollution-related ailments

NEW DELHI:About 65 per cent households of Delhi have one or more individuals who have already started experiencing pollution-related ailments, a survey has revealed.
Forty-seven per cent are facing cold, cough or sore throat issues, while 26 per cent are witnessing burning eyes, and 30 per cent are facing breathing difficulties, the survey results on Thursday showed.

2 die as truck rams into factory in Delhi

NEW DELHI: The driver and his helper were killed in Delhi early Friday in a fatal accident when their truck carrying iron rods rammed into a furniture factory.
