KAITHAL: District Planning Officer Praveen Kumar said that with the help of the district administration, action was taken to demolish the illegal rice mills running in revenue estate villages Sadarheri and Khushhal Majra falling under Guhla-Cheeka. The four walls and set back construction of the rice mill running on approximately three acres were broken with yellow claws. During this action, BDPO Sivan was deployed as duty magistrate.
District Town Planner Praveen Kumar said that a complaint of illegal rice mill being run on Khushhal Majra Road from Kaithal-Patiala Road was came to the cognizance of the office, after which the office issued a notice to the owners of the rice mill under the sections of HSR Act 1963 regarding demolition of this illegal construction .Approval for the action.
