Four youths duped of Rs 1.20 crore, agent promised to send all to USA

KAITHAL: A case of duping of four youths of Rs 1.20 crore on the pretext of sending them to America has come to light. In this case, the accused kept youths in countries like Dubai and Africa instead of sending them to America . Later they all had to return to India after staying there for several months.

When they came here and asked for money back, the accused threatened to kill him. The police have registered a case against the accused. In a complaint at Pundri police station, Salindra Kumar, a resident of village Bhana, said that in the year 2022, he met Pankaj Kumar, a resident of Delhi. Pankaj said that he sends the youth abroad. In this regard, he talked about sending him abroad, Sahil, Sushil Kumar and his cousin Vinod resident of Matour. Salindra Kumar said that the accused asked to send them to the US via Dunki route for Rs 42 lakh each In April 2022, the accused took documents of those youths and took money from them.

The accused first sent him to Dubai and kept them in Dubai for about two months, asking to send them forward soon. He himself spent all the expenses there. The accused did not send them ahead of Dubai. Due to which he came to India after two months. Salindra Kumar said that after coming here, the accused again said that eight lakh rupees would have to be paid. He will send everyone to America. Then in July 2022, the accused took him money and sent him to Africa Congo. He stayed there for about two months. When he came here and asked for his money back, the accused threatened to kill him. The police have registered a case.
