MANDI GOBINDGARH: The Himalayan Club Trust in collaboration with Department of Innovation Planning and Cultural Affairs (DIPCA), Desh Bhagat University, organised an installation and felicitation ceremony “Aurora – Awaken to the Radiance”. Members of the club trust welcomed Dr Sandeep Singh, Founder, Himalayan Club Trust, Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice-President, Desh Bhagat University, Dr JK Sharma, Director DIPCA, as special guests. Nipun Syal, and Atul Pathria were the chief guests for the first session and Manpreet Brar and Pooja Brar were the Chief Guests at the second session of the event.
Dr Sandeep Singh, Founder, Himalayan Club Trust, said that this trust is a charitable trust established in 2017, with an idea to serve the society and make it a better place to thrive.
Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice-President, congratulated the team members of Himalayan Club Trust for organizing this event. He said that 34 clubs from PAN India have participated in the event, making it a massive success. Dr Harsh said that The Himalayan Trust Club has more than 12000 volunteers and it organised various events like cyclothones, induction programmes, and training sessions.
At today's felicitation ceremony, Sadhika became the new Chairperson of governing council, Himalaya Club Trust and Bhavesh Dhoundial, Rohit Garcha and Priya Krishnan were the new trustees of the club. Dr Sadawarti congratulated the new members of the club trust.
