JAITO: : The Central Government has appointed Sanjeev Jindal (1989 batch Central Secretariat Service), son of Heera Lal Jindal, a resident of Jaito and former Additional Secretary in the Union Home Ministry, as a Central Information Commissioner. According to sources, this appointment was made on the recommendation of the Appointments Committee of the Union Cabinet.
It has also been learned that a joint committee comprising Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and the Chief Justice of India had earlier recommended Sanjeev Jindal for the post. The newly appointed Information Commissioner, Sanjeev Jindal, is the younger son of Heera Lal Jindal, a renowned religious and social worker of Jaito, and the younger brother of well-known social worker and young businessman Praveen Jindal.
On Sanjeev Jindal's appointment, various social organizations, business associations, and prominent citizens have expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, and congratulated the family of religious and social worker Heera Lal Jindal of Jaito on their son Sanjeev Jindal's appointment as an important Information Commissioner of India.
