AMRITSAR: A. delegation of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee led by President Harmeet Singh Kalka and General Secretary Jagdeep Singh Kahlon today met Giani Kuldeep Singh Gadgaj, the acting Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib.
The delegation included Senior Vice President of the Committee Harvinder Singh KP, Vice President Sardar Atma Singh Lubana, members Sardar Bhupinder Singh Bhullar, Sukhwinder Singh Babbar and others. Giving information after this meeting, Sardar Kalka and Sardar Kahlon said that the Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib had called the office bearers of the committee in connection with the general house meeting of the committee held on October 25.
They said that today's meeting was held in a very good and pleasant atmosphere in which the problems faced by the Panth as well as the issues of the Delhi Gurdwara Committee were discussed. He said that we told Jathedar how the current team of the committee is working to strengthen the institutions of the nation in addition to doing the entire work with transparency and for this, hard work is being done day and night.
He said that we also told Jathedar that along with the maintenance of the Gurdwara Sahibs, what efforts we are making to serve humanity.
He said that Jathedar said everything very carefully and later said that he will call a joint meeting of all the parties of Delhi after Baisakhi on April 13 and consider further.
