CHANDIGAR: The Punjab government sought more time from the court to file its response in the case of Jobanjit's alleged illegal arrest, but the honorable High Court has given only one day's time. The next hearing of the case has been fixed for tomorrow, according to Arshdeep Singh kler Chief Spokesperson Shiromani Akali Dal and President Legal Cell
He said that on the other hand, the government is making a drama of issuing a Look Out Circular (LOC) against Mr. Bikram Singh Majithia, while his passport has already been deposited in the court. This condition has also been imposed by the government itself from the Supreme Court.
The Aam Aadmi Party should use restrain as Majithia not to run away in fear of false cases earlier and will not run away now. He stands firmly with his people.
We are fighting a legal battle as per the advice of our lawyers and we have full faith in the court he added.
