AMRITSAR: Khalsa College Amritsar has been ranked first amongst the autonomous Colleges in Punjab for the second time in succession. The College is ranked 2nd in Northern India in the ranking announced by Education World India Higher Education Rankings 2023-24, said Principal Dr.Mehal Singh.
