MOHALI: CGC University organized a spectacular Star Night, where renowned Bollywood music composers and singers Salim–Sulaiman showcased their musical prowess. Thousands of students were seen swaying and grooving to the beautiful melodies. Salim–Sulaiman performed live on stage for four continuous hours, thoroughly entertaining the audience.
Attendees were seen dancing to soulful hits like 'Tujh Mein Rab Dikhta Hai', 'O Re Piya', 'Shukran Allah', and 'Haule Haule'. This was seamlessly followed by high-energy dance tracks such as 'Ainvayi Ainvayi', 'Baari Barsi', 'Dance Pe Chance', and 'Aadat Se Majboor'. Their inspirational and patriotic anthem, 'Chak De India', immersed the entire university in a wave of national pride.
The night sky shimmered with the dazzling lights, the crowd roared with excitement, and the stage transformed into a galaxy of rhythm and light. Under the spotlight of 'Saviskar', music legends Salim–Sulaiman set the stage ablaze with beats that made every heartbeat dance in sync. Thousands sang, danced, and lost themselves in the moment, where music became magic and the campus turned into pure energy.
On this occasion, M.D. Arsh Dhaliwal extended a warm welcome to everyone and stated that the program was organized to provide a platform for students' soaring thoughts and creative minds. Arsh Dhaliwal further shared that such musical events refresh the students and relieve them from academic pressure.
