CHANDIGARH: Lashing out at the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) chief for his double-speak on this issue of the Resolution passed yesterday at the all-party meeting on the farm sector Ordinances, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder on Tuesday dared Sukhbir Singh Badal to come out with a categorical statement that his party does not extend even conditional support to it.

CHANDIGARH:  Lashing out at Akalis for supporting anti-Punjab, anti-farmers and anti Sikhs decisions being consistently taken by the BJP led Centre Government, Senior Congress Leaders and Cabinet Ministers said that Akalis were equally responsible in throttling the federal structure by the BJP.

CHANDIGARH:Taking Akalis on iron handedly, Punjab Revenue Minister Mr. Gurpreet Singh Kangar has dared SAD leader Sukhbir Singh Badal to clear his stand about the revelations made by Jasvir Kaur, wife of late Surjit Singh main witness of Bargari Sacrilege case. During press conference held at Chandigarh today, She (Jasvir Kaur) alleged that Sukhbir Singh Badal had been directly involved in Bargari incident and paid crores of rupees to few people for cover up the facts and dead bodies from the spot in Bargari.

CHANDIGARH: Describing the monopoly of a particular channel to broadcast Gurbani from Sri Darbar Sahib as violation of tenets of Sikhism, the President of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee Mr Sunil Jakhar today urged the Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib to summon President of Akali Dal Sukhbir Singh Badal for this brazen violation of Gurmaryada.

Sidhu was virtualy mocked for compromising the national security. Even Capt Amarinder Singh had disapproved Sidhu's action of hugging Bajwa.

CHANDIGARH: Sukhbir Singh Badal President of Shiromani Akali Dal, the son of former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal who ruled the state by proxy during last term of his father in office, is facing a credibility crisis and also serious challenge to his authority in the party after traditional Akali leaders questioned the 'political blunders' of scion of Badal family.

CHANDIGARH: The much hyped move by Shiromani Akali Dal(SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal to revamp the party in wake of humiliating defeat in the last assembly elections has failed to bring any change in the party's top leadership. The hopes of young leaders in the party are dashed since no credible face from among the youth was given place in the party's top herarichy.There is hardly any repersentation to women.
