DERA BABA NANAK: Shiromani Akali Dal President Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal today said that the next Akali Dal and BSP alliance government would review the decisions taken by the corrupt Congress government in the last three months and reverse the anti-people decisions. He said that the decisions which have to be reviewed and revoked include enrichment of Congress leaders and their relatives.
The Shiromani Akali Dal president said in an exemplary rally in favor of party candidate Ravi Karan Singh Kahlon here that it was clear that the gathering of more than two lakh had proved that the days of Congress government steeped in corruption in the state were short. Have gone "There is only a short time left, " he said
The Congress government has only 360 hours left after which the code of conduct will come into force in the state. After this, after the change of government, they will be held accountable for the crimes committed by the Congress leaders and the officers attached to them.
Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal also slammed Home Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa. He said that Randhawa was one of the instigators of the murders. The Akali leader said that once we formed the government then Randhawa would have to answer for his sins. He said that the police personnel who were assisting him in his illegal activities would also have to be held accountable.
Referring to Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, the Shiromani Akali Dal President said that it seems that Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi has realized that the people are fed up with the misrule of the Congress government. He said that no Punjabi is ready to believe that the agent has cheated us. He said that no Punjabi was ready to believe in their false promise. He said that no Punjabi was ready to accept fake talk and fake Punjabi.
Referring to Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, the SAD President said that Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi had realized that the people were fed up with the misrule of the Congress government. He said that no Punjabi was going to fall into false pretenses and in the end he accepted that out of the many promises made by Channi, implementers were not easy.
He said that he was accepting the rejection from his ministerial colleague because his old Congressman was a historian.
Addressing a large gathering at Dera Baba Nanak and Kalanaur here, the Shiromani Akali Dal president said that the next Akali Dal-BSP alliance would provide crop insurance of Rs. 50, 000 per acre to the farmers for their produce. He said that old age pension scheme which was abolished in 20004 would be revived and sand and liquor mafia would be completely eradicated and electricity bills of all religious places would be waived and cremation ground would be provided to Muslim and Christian population in villages.
Sardar Badal said that being the oldest party of Punjab and Punjabis, Shiromani Akali Dal has always fallen short on the issues of the state. "Based on our experience of serving the Punjabis, we can say that we will form the next government, " he said.
Earlier in the day, hundreds of youths on motorcycles carrying saffron flags gave a warm welcome to the Akali Dal president at Dera Baba Nanak. Throughout the tour of Ravi Karan Singh Kahlon's constituency, the youth took a motorbike in front of the party president and presented a different scene.
Sardar Badal also visited the residence of Sardar Gurpartap Singh Khushalpur in the city and lauded his contribution to the party.
On this occasion Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal was welcomed in various villages of the constituency and people showered flowers.
