MEA aims to open 'Passport Seva Kendra' in every LS constituency

NEW DELHI: The Ministry of External Affairs signed an agreement for the second phase of the Passport Seva Programme (PSP-V2.0) with Tata Consultancy Services, for opening of a Seva Kendra in every Lok Sabha constituency -- where there is no Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) or Post Office Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK).

CHANDIGARH: The District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Chandigarh, has added another feather in its cap when Naya Seva Kendra—one stop solution centre for female prisoners is inaugurated by Mr Justice Jaswant Singh, Judge Punjab and Haryana High Court-cum-Executive Chairman, SLSA, Chandigarh in the female barrack of Model Jail, Chandigarh, on Tuesday and the Centre started working from Wednesday. Objective of the Centre is to enhance legal services to women inmates and their children who are facing jail terms or trials in various crimes. .

Increase in services available through Seva Kendra - Deputy Commissioner

KAPURTHALA:Deputy Commissioner Kapurthala Deepti Uppal said that Punjab Government has decided to provide 5 types of services related to various departments through Seva Kendras in the district Kapurthala.
