PHAGWARA: In Fremont, California, the Festival of Globe (FOG) India Day Parade and Fair are the main events celebrating Indian Independence Day. This year, the two-day celebration will take place on August 16th and 17th, from 10 am to 6 pm. The parade itself is scheduled for Sunday, August 17th, at 11 am, starting at Paseo Padre and Walnut Ave.
