KAITHAL: The district police is continuously tightening its grip on those accused of cheating the common people. Similarly, while investigating the case of fraud of Rs 1 lakh with a girl in the name of getting her a job, the accused Shamsher, resident of Amar City Colony Cheeka, was arrested by the team of SI Rajesh Kumar under the leadership of Police Station Cheeka SHO PSI Aman Kumar.
Police spokesperson said that according to the complaint of a girl, Davendra Kaur, resident of Cheeka, her father Kashmir Singh met Shamsher Singh, who described himself as a journalist of a channel in Cheeka. He describes himself as a journalist of TV and many other newspapers. One day Shamsher told his father that if you want to get your daughter a job then he can get her a government job. He said that he would get the girl a clerk job in SBI Bank as a data entry operator. Demanded one lakh rupees for this. He gave money to the accused in the months of April and May.
After this, Shamsher Singh kept them waiting again and again to get the job. After some time accused gave him a fake letter to get a job in Skill Employment Corporation. When he and his father went to the accused's office to meet the accused, he behaved rudely. Who refused to get the job and return the money. Regarding which a case was registered in Cheeka police station. A 3-day remand was obtained from the court for extensive interrogation of the accused.
