“Dharm Rakhiak Yatra” to Begin from Sri Anandpur Sahib on November 13: Harmeet Singh Kalka

NEW DELHI: The President of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC), S. Harmeet Singh Kalka, today announced that the “Dharm Rakhiak Yatra” (Journey of the Protector of Faith), dedicated to the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji and his three devoted companions—Bhai Mati Das Ji, Bhai Sati Das Ji, and Bhai Dyal Ji—will commence on Thursday, November 13, from Gurdwara Guru Ke Mahal, Sri Anandpur Sahib.

S. Kalka stated that this sacred yatra is devoted to spreading the divine message of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji—the protection of faith, the defense of human rights, and the pursuit of truth with unwavering courage.

The yatra will proceed through Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib, Qila Anandgarh Sahib, Panj Piare Park, Kiratpur Sahib, Gurdwara Parivar Vichhora Sahib, Bharatgarh, Ghanouli, Malkpur, Gurdwara Bhattha Sahib, Ropar, Solkhian Toll Plaza, Kurali, Patiala, Kharar, Sattewal, Landran, Banur, and Shambhu Border, culminating at Gurdwara Manji Sahib, Ambala, where devotees will rest overnight.

On the following day, Friday, November 14, 2025, the yatra will depart from Gurdwara Manji Sahib, Ambala, at 9:00 a.m. and proceed through Ambala Cantt, Shahabad, Pipli, Kurukshetra, Tarawadi, Karnal, Gharaunda, Panipat Toll, Samalkha, Sonepat, Kundli, Singhu Border, Bypass, Libaspur, and Gurdwara Majnu Ka Tilla Sahib, finally reaching its destination at Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, Chandni Chowk, Delhi.

DSGMC President further emphasized that this sacred journey is not merely a historical commemoration, but a living expression of the Sikh Panth’s spiritual heritage, the glory of martyrdom, and the community’s everlasting bond with the Guru’s house. Every stage of the yatra will resonate with the melody of Gurbani, soulful kirtan, and the divine grace of the Guru Ji, infusing the air with spiritual fervor.

He appealed to all devotees and families to wholeheartedly participate in the Dharm Rakhiak Yatra and seek the blessings of Guru Sahib.
