MOHALI: Addressing an election rally in Durali village on Tuesday, former cabinet minister and Congress candidate from Mohali, Balbir Singh Sidhu said that the people of Punjab want Congress to form the government again in Punjab.
He said, ” Congress has been resolving the problems of the people for a long time and the Congress has an understanding of the problems of the country and the suffering of the common man, ”
He further said that due to the development works of the Congress government in Punjab, the people of Mohali had elected Congress Mayor in the Municipal Corporation elections and now again the people of Punjab are eager to bring back the Congress with the thumping majority.
He said that the AAP party is doing false propaganda on social media to prove that they are in direct fight with the Congress this time. However in actual no party is near to compete with Congress this time too and we will win the 2022 elections with a huge majority.
He said that the people of Punjab want a peaceful environment and development. Presently Congress party is the only party which is capable of taking Punjab on the path of development and progress.
The response we are getting from the people is very good, Sidhu said adding he is quite sure that the people of Punjab will form the Congress government in Punjab this time too.
