Rayat Bahra Group launches ELEVATE Teacher Development Series
MOHALI: Rayat Bahra Group hosted the inaugural session of ELEVATE — A Teacher Development Series, aimed at strengthening educators’ professional capabilities while promoting resilience, well-being and a renewed sense of purpose in teaching.
Titled “The Resilient Educator: Mastering the Art of Stress & Well-Being,” the first session brought together principals and teachers from Rayat Bahra International School (RBIS) Mohali, British Laureate School and Rayat Bahra Senior Secondary School for an afternoon of insightful learning and meaningful interaction.
The session was graced by Chairman Gurvinder Singh Bahra, who emphasised the importance of empowering educators to meet the evolving demands of the education sector with confidence, empathy and resilience.
The programme featured three distinguished experts Anubhuti Mehta, former Assistant Commissioner, KVS; Roja Ramani Revalla, Certified POSH & POCSO Trainer; and Amit Arora, Founder, Ecovisionaire. They shared practical insights on managing stress, enhancing emotional well-being, fostering safe and inclusive educational environments, and developing a resilient mindset.
Jessika Duggal Bahra, Vice-President and Dr. Simmi Prakash, Director, Entrepreneurship Cell, also participated in the session along with the teaching fraternity.
The initiative seeks to create a continuous platform for professional development, reflection and knowledge-sharing among educators. The inaugural session concluded with participants expressing appreciation for the interactive and relevant learning experience.
