Sikh delegation from America meets SGPC President Advocate Dham

AMRITSAR: A delegation of Sikhs from America today met with Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, President of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and appealed to the SGPC to establish a Dharam Prachar Kendra in Uba City, California at the earliest.

This delegation, led by Dalbir Singh Gill, has paid obeisance at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib, which included Gurmukh Singh Dhanoa, Bibi Lakhwinder Kaur, Bibi Jinderjit Kaur Gill, Bibi Charanjit Kaur Gill and Bibi Kuldeep Kaur Dhanoa.

On this occasion, Dalbir Singh Gill said that the Shiromani Committee is the largest constitutional body of the Sikh Panth, which is continuously active for the propagation of religion in the country and the world. He said that the land was given to the Shiromani Committee in the past by the Sikh resident of America, Didar Singh Bains and his family in Uba City, on which there is great curiosity among the Sikh Sangat to establish a center for further propagation of religion.

He said that this is also the great need of the hour, in which the Sikh Sangat of America will provide all kinds of support to the Shiromani Committee.

On this occasion, Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami said that the Sikh organization is always committed to work according to the sentiments of the Sangat.

He said that continuous efforts are being made to further spread Sikh propaganda with the support of the Sikh Sangat. In Uba City, To establish a center on the land given to the Shiromani Committee by Didar Singh Bains is on the agenda and necessary action will be taken on it soon.

He appealed to the Sangat of America to come forward to support the Shiromani Committee for this work. Meanwhile, Shiromani Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami also honored the delegation led by Dalbir Singh Gill.
