MOHALI: The Valedictory Ceremony of the Industrial Automation Specialist Skill Development Program was held on Thursday at ISAC Affiliated Centre at Sikh Missionary College, Phase 11, Mohali, in collaboration with the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR). The ceremony marked the successful completion of the program, which commenced on October 27, 2025 and was attended by 31 officers from the armed forces.
The ceremony began with a warm welcome by Ms. Pragati Katoch who extended heartfelt greetings to all dignitaries, guests and participants and provided an introduction to the program and its objectives.
The occasion was graced by several distinguished guests, including Col. Rajneesh, Mr. Paramjit Singh, Director, and Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (RCED), Mr. Jatinder Singh, Program Coordinator and Mr. Deepak, the program trainer. Following the introduction, Mr. Paramjit Singh delivered the welcome address, highlighting the importance of industry-oriented training and RCED’s commitment to empowering youth and ex-servicemen through skill development. Col. Rajneesh then delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing discipline, dedication and the need for continuous learning for professional success.
Later on participants had share their feedback, which reflected their appreciation for the knowledge and hands-on experience gained during the course. The participants expressed gratitude by presenting mementos to the RCED team, trainer Mr. Deepak, and coordinator Mr Jatinder Singh, who ensured the smooth conduct of the program.
The dignitaries then distributed certificates of completion to the successful participants. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the presentation of a token of love to Col Rajneesh as a gesture of appreciation for his valuable presence and encouragement.
