MSME Industry meet organizes by Laghu Udhog Bharti with Industries Department, Chandigarh.

CHANDIGARH: MSME Industry Meet was successfully organized by Laghu Udyog Bharti, Chandigarh in collaboration with Industries Department, Chandigarh at Hotel Pelican, Industrial Area Phase-II. The program was presided over by Mr Avi Bhasin, President, Laghu Udyog Bharti, Chandigarh.
Expert speakers at the program provided important information on contemporary issues to the MSME entrepreneurs. Mr. Akash Mittal (ALC) highlighted the new labor laws, while Ms. Eram Rizvi (Inspector) shared important information related to cyber security. Whereas Prof. Ajay Sharma, Professor, Panjab University while delivering a lecture on the topic Industry 4.0, discussed in detail the role of modern technology, automation and digital transformation. Apart from this, Mr Narendra Singh Jassal (Senior Principal Scientist, CSIO) gave detailed information about the PRISM scheme of the Central Government.
On this occasion, Mr Arun Goyal, Convenor, BJP Industry was also specially present and interacted with the entrepreneurs on issues related to industry and MSME sector.
In his address, Mr Avi Bhasin said that Laghu Udyog Bharti would continue to organize such programs to make MSME entrepreneurs aware of new technologies, government schemes and rules. Along with empowering the industry, such programs also strengthen the dialogue between industry and administration.
The stage management of the program was done efficiently by Mr. Manish Gupta. At the end of the program, Chairman Mr. Avi Bhasin expressed his gratitude to the organizing committee for making the event a success. He especially thanked Akshay Chugh, Arun Sharma, Ritesh Arora, Pramod Sharma, Jarnail Singh and the program coordinator and general secretary Mr. Manish Nigam.
A large number of industry representatives were present in the program. After the meeting, dinner was also served for all the participants.
