CHANDIGARH:In a generous gesture, Mahindra & Mahindra today handed over specially designed 500 face shields for Corona Warriors to Principal Secreatary, Medical Education and Research Departmen, Mr. DK Tewari.
Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the department said that under the guidance of Harish Chavan, CEO, Swaraj Division of Mahindra & Mahindra Mohali has made and provide these face shields and other related material for corona warriors.
Spokesperson informed that the Swaraj Division already provided 22000 face shields to various organizations of Punjab government. Today 500 such face shields were handed over by Mr. Ranjan Mishra, General Manager M&M (Swaraj Division) to Mr. D.K.Tiwari, Principal Secretary Medical Education and Research and Dr. Avnish Kumar Director Medical Education & Research, Punjab for Government Medical Colleges and attached hospitals at Amritsar and Patiala. The officials extended gratitude to Mahindra and Mahindra for their contributions for the COVID warriors.
