CHANDIGARH:DAV College, Sector-10, Chandigarh secured 127 points to emerge champions in the men's section in the Panjab University 73rd Annual Athletic Championship for the session 2021-22 at the Panjab University Grounds here today.
GGD SD College, Sector-32, Chandigarh got 38 points to take runners-up trophy. GHG Kh College, Gurusar Sadhar with 29 points finished third.
Chandigar's DAV College, Sector-10 women also lifted the team trophy with 96 points. Khalsa College for Women, Ludhiana with 63 points and GTB Kh College for Women, Dasuya with 29 points secured second and third positions respectively.
Walkers Paramdeep Mor and Jasleen Kaur, both of DAV College, Sector-10, Chandigarh, walked away with the best man and woman athletes titles. Paramdeep Mor obtained 1171 points and Jasleen obtained 1049 points..
