PATIALA: Dr. Harish Kumar obtained his Ph.D degree in sports biomechanics in the year 2001. He has published more than 40 papers at national and international level. Dr. Harish has also published three books which are related to various issues of Sports Science, 13 PhD and three MPhil students have obtained their degrees and four PhD scholars are pursuing PhD. When the Head of the Department took over the charge, other professors of the department, Dean Faculty of Medicine Professor Paramvir Singh, Dr. Ashok Kumar, Professor Ajita, Dr. Anuradha Lahiri, Dr. Amarjot Kaur, non-teaching staff including family members and all research scholars and other students were present.
