V.K.Singh appointed Special Chief Secretary to CM Punjab

CHANDIGARH: Punjab government today appointed Vijay Kumar Singh IAS officer of 1990 batch as special Chief Secretary to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. He has been repatriated from centeal deputation to fill the post.

V.K.Singh is considered one of the honest IAS officers.
