The Central Sikh Museum at Sri Darbar Sahib is adorned with portraits of three prominent personalities.

AMRITSAR: The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee has adorned the Central Sikh Museum within the Sri Darbar Sahib complex with the pictures of important figures of Sikh history, Bhai Kumma Mashki , as well as Baba Ajit Singh Hansali Wale and Baba Mohan Singh Matewala.
After the prayers, the ceremony of removing the veil from the pictures was performed by the head Granthi of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib, Giani Raghbir Singh, Jathedar of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib, Giani Tek Singh and Chief Secretary of the Shiromani Committee, Kulwant Singh Manan.
Speaking on the occasion, head Granthi of Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib Giani Raghbir Singh said that the Sikh organization honors those who work hard for the nation by displaying their pictures in the Central Sikh Museum.
He said that Bhai Kumma Mashki Ji, who served Mata Gujri Ji and the younger Sahibzade after the separation of the family after the tenth Guru Gobind Singh Ji left Sri Anandpur Sahib, has great respect in the Sikh world.
He served the Guru family without caring about the governments. He said that Bhai Kumma Mashki Ji's life will always be an inspiration for the Sangat.
Giani Raghbir Singh, remembering Baba Ajit Singh Hansaliwale, said that his entire life was dedicated to the service of humanity. Along with the propagation of religion, he established schools, colleges and hospitals, and also made special efforts for the education of needy girls. Similarly, Singh Sahib, talking about Baba Mohan Singh Matwala, said that he established Gurmat Vidyalaya and prepared many granthis, ragis and narrators, which is a big task for the propagation of Sikhism. On this occasion, Chief Secretary S. Kulwant Singh Manan also spoke on behalf of Shiromani Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami and expressed his views on the lives of the personalities whose pictures were displayed.
