CHANDIGARH: Punjab Police has arrested Satinder Singh Kohli a close confident of Shiromani Akali Dal(SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal and former Chartered Accountant of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbhandak Committee (SGPC) in an extremely sensitive matter of disappearance of 328 Saroops of Guru Granth Sahib.
This is the first arrest in a FIR registered by Amritsar police in the missing scriptures of Guru Granth Sahib. Police has nominated 16 persons in the case including former Chief Secretary of the SGPC.
