SGPC President strongly condemned the attack on two Sikhs in the United States

AMRITSAR: Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, president of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), has strongly condemned the attack on two Sikhs in the United States.

Advocate Dhami said that a few days ago, a Sikh elder was attacked and injured by two unidentified persons at Richmond Hill, New York and now in the latest incident, two Sikh persons have been attacked and injured in the same area which is extremely unfortunate.

He said that Sikh Nation is a nation that seeks the welfare of all and always plays a leading role for the welfare of humanity in times of calamity anywhere in the world.
He said that the Sikh community living in foreign lands has made a great contribution to the development of the country.
The SGPC President said that it was unfortunate that Sikhs were being subjected to constant racial attacks.

He appealed to the Government of India to ensure the safety of Sikhs living abroad.
