AMRITSAR: Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, president of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, has expressed grave sorrow over the demise of Misal Shaheedan Tarna Dal Baba Bakala Sahib, Chief Jathedar Baba Gajjan Singh.
Advocate Dhami said that Nihang Singh organizations have made a big contribution to the preservation of Sikh heritage and Sikh culture.
He said that Jathedar Baba Gajjan Singh has always been trying to promote and raise the Khalsa heritage and he always played an important role in the advancement of the Nihang Singhs. Baba Gajjan Singh has been playing a leading role in Panthak activities while being dedicated to Sri Akal Takht Sahib.
He said that Baba ji has been a great support for various centenary events and panth works organized by the Shiromani Committee.
Advocate Dhami said that the death of Jathedar Baba Gajjan Singh ji is a great loss in the Panthak region.
Meanwhile, the senior vice president of the Shiromani Committee. Baldev Singh Qaimpur, Jr. Vice President Avtar Singh Riya, General Secretary Bhai Gurcharan Singh Grewal, Secretary S. OSD of Shiromani Committee President including Pratap Singh. Satbir Singh Dhami expressed his deep sorrow at the death of Baba Gajjan Singh.
