PHAGWARA: On a call given by Punjab Revenue Officers Association all revenue officers of Phagwara, Goraya, Phillaur, Nakodar and Nurmahal today again went on mass casual leave in protest against the arrest of Tehsildar Barnala Sukhcharan Singh Channi(President Punjab Revenue Officers Association) by the vigilance on Wednesday. They were protesting against the excessive attitude of the vigilance.
