In today's meeting held under the leadership of party president Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh, where the latest situation in Punjab was discussed, concerns were expressed on many important issues including not holding SGPC elections by the Punjab government and the central government, not resolving farmer issues, not being sincere towards industries, stopping RDF, canceling road projects and the deteriorating law and order situation in Punjab.
Along with this, today, party president Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh approved the formation of a committee under the leadership of Jathedar Iqbal Singh Jhundan to prepare a vision document within the next one month. A vision document related to issues related to Punjab and the Panth and how to resolve them will be prepared. For this, the committee will reach out to all the regions and areas of Punjab.
Along with this, in today's first meeting, Justice Nirmal Singh has been assigned the duty of the upcoming SGPC elections and other legal hurdles related to the party. Justice Nirmal Singh will join his legal team and look into the ongoing court process for the SGPC elections. Along with this, he will also look into the legal cell for other legal hurdles related to the party.
In a resolution party president Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh appealed to join the Shiromani Akali Dal to keep Punjab's progress and brotherhood strong. Party president Giani Harpreet Singh, while giving a message to strengthen the regional party, appealed to the youth to come forward to work for their mother party today.
