If Badals don't break alliance with BJP, have no right to join protest: Peer Mohammad

PUNJAB NEW EXPRESS | September 23, 2020 09:07 PM

CHANDIGARH: The General Secretary and Chief Spokesperson of SAD-Taksali Mr. Karnail Singh PeerMohammad expressing his views against the three Agriculture Ordinances and the Power Amendment Bill 2020 brought by the Union Government said that until the Badals sever ties with the BJP,   they had no rights to be a part of the peasant movement.

He said that different political parties were planning their own programs for their petty politics rather than standing shoulder by shoulder with farmers in their organised protests and the time has come for all the political parties to abandon different programs and come together on a platform to support the farmers. He further said that the President of SAD (Takasali) Mr. Ranjit Singh Brahmpura has already been announced his full support to a call for Punjab Blockade on September 25 to intensify the protest against the three Agriculture Ordinance and Power Amendment Bill 2020.Strongly supporting the ongoing struggle against the ordinances in Punjab and across the country, the call for a Punjab Blockade on September 25 would be fully supported by the Shiromani Akali Dal Taksali and the All India Sikh Students Federation, Mr PeerMohammad stated.
