District Magistrate Gurdaspur issued new orders keeping in view Kovid-19 disease

GURDASPUR: Mr. Mohammad Ishfaq, District Magistrate, Gurdaspur said that under the orders issued by Additional Chief Secretary (Home), Department of Home Affairs and Justice, Punjab Government on 15 January 2022, till January 25, 2022, Kovid-19. Orders have been issued to curb the disease.

Violations of the guidelines will be prosecuted under sections 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and section 188 of the IPC.

Earlier, the District Magistrate under Section 144 CRPC had issued restraining orders on January 4 to check the spread of covid disease in the district. Therefore the following orders have been issued by the District Magistrate Gurdaspur under section 144 CRPC 1973 and Disaster Management Act 2005 for the prevention of Kovid-19 disease within the district limits till January 25, 2022.

1. All persons will be required to wear masks in public places, workplaces. Ensure that it is strictly adhered to.
2. A minimum distance of 6 feet (two yards) is required for any activity under Social Distinguishing.

2. Traffic: Night Curfew (10pm to 5am)
1. All non-essential activities will be banned in the towns and cities of the district from 10 pm to 5 am.
2. In shifts, offices, etc. (both public and private), transportation of persons and goods on national and state highways, cargo and uploading and persons traveling by bus, train or plane will be allowed to run the industry in essential activities. .
3. Promoting Online Teaching / Distance Learning:
1. All educational institutions like schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes etc. will be closed. Educational institutions will be able to conduct online teaching as per the academic schedule. Medical and nursing colleges will continue to operate.
4. Prohibited / Restricted activities:
1. All bars, cinema halls, multiplexes, malls, restaurants, massage parlors, museums, zoos etc. will be open with 50% capacity and staff should be given both doses of anti-covid vaccine.
2. All sports complexes, stadiums, swimming pools, gyms will be manned. (But athletes participating in national and international games will be able to use them as training). No visitors or visitors will be allowed.

6. No Mask No Service Rules (Principle of No Mask-No Service):

Or a person who does not have a second dose due to the instructions of the health department will be allowed.

In all Government / Board / Corporation offices of District Gurdaspur only adults (including their government employees) who have been given two doses of anti-covid vaccine will be allowed to come or a person who has not received the second dose due to the instructions of Health Department. , Will be allowed.
4. Only adults (including their government employees) who have been given doses of both anti-covid vaccines will be allowed in hotels, bars, restaurants, mall shopping complexes, cinema halls, gyms, fitness centers or as per the instructions of health department. The person's second dose is not due, will be allowed.
5.Both public and private sector banks will allow adults (including their government employees) who have received doses of the anti-covid vaccine to come or a person who does not have a second dose due to the health department's instructions.
2 .... The following actions can be taken to check the vaccination status. (A person who has taken the first dose of covachield is eligible to apply the second dose after 84 days.

Similarly, a person who has taken the first dose of covacillin is eligible to apply the second dose after 28 days).
1. Download the second dose (hard or soft copy) certificate.
2. The first certificate should be checked if the second dose is to be applied.
3. For those who do not have a smartphone, the message sent by the Covin Portal after receiving the vaccine should be accepted.
4. Vaccination status can also be checked through Arogya Setu app.

3. Civil Surgeon Gurdaspur, District Public Relations Officer Gurdaspur and Batala should ensure maximum publicity for vaccination against covid so that no adult is deprived of vaccination.
4. Ensure that vaccination teams are asked by any office to carry out vaccinations wherever and whenever. In addition, the health department should ensure regular vaccination camps at gathering places.
The Police Authority will be bound to strictly enforce the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs / State Government against Kovid-19 and the use of Shosal Distinguishing, Mask etc.
