CHANDIGARH: The sudden surge in Covid-19 cases in Punjab and other states has forced Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Rana KP Singh to postpone the marriage of his son. The marriage was scheduled for May 7, 2021.
The marriage party of Rana Vishav Pal son of Speaker was scheduled to go to Udaipur in Rajasthan. The family had earlier postponed pre-marriage functions but finally decided to postpone marriage indefinitely. The family of Rana K.P, Singh lives in Giani Zail Singh Nagar in Rupnagar city of Punjab. He is presently lodged in his official accomodation in sector 2 Chandigarh.
