CHANDIGARH:Former Union Minister and Member of Legislative Council of Uttar Pradesh Mr Balwant Singh Ramuwalia has announced to resume public service activities in Punjab from November 24. Therefore, he has convened a meeting of all members and office bearers of Lok Bhalai Party on November 24 in Ludhiana.
Releasing a statement here today, Mr Ramuwalia said that Lok Bhalai Party had about 46000 members in 2012. Out of which 90 per cent of members have agreed to reactivate them.
Ramuwalia emphasized that all the activities of the new party would be carried out entirely through its organization guided by the programs of the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha.
Mr Ramuwalia also said that the decision of the Chief Minister to give all government and non-government jobs to the Punjabis was like the victory of General Sardar Hari Singh Nalua in Jamrud.
He said that the relentless humiliation of Punjab Police and its officers should be stopped by cancelling the recruitment of Punjab Police by Tata Consultancy Services Mumbai.
This poor decision of police recruitment is a betrayal of Punjab by a former Royal family of Patiala and a royal family from Lambi area as Gangu stole the capital of Mata Gujri ji.
He said that out of 31 states in India, Punjab is the only one whose officers had to salute the orders of the Tata Consultancy (Clerks) because the Punjab officials had to accept the slap in the face by the clerks of Tata Consultancy.
