AMRITSAR: The bhog and antim ardas of former head granthi Sachkhand sri Harmandir sahib Giani Jagtar Singh was held at Gurdwara Sangrana Sahib 7 kilometer from here on Tuesday.

Speaking on this occasion, Shiromani Committee President Advocate Dhami said that Jagtar Singh has done commendable work for the propagation of Sikhism. The services rendered by them will always be remembered by the Sikh community.
Giani Raghbir Singh in his address said that Singh Sahib Giani Jagtar Singh was a great blessing of Guru Sahib that he got the privilege of serving as the chief scribe at Sachkhand Sri Harimandar Sahib. He said that Giani Jagtar Singh served Gurmati while living in fear.
He said that his departure from the world has caused a great loss.
