GURDASPUR: District Epidemiologist Dr. Prabhjot Kaur "Kalsi" said that so far 744 cases of dengue fever have been reported in district Gurdaspur and now due to change of weather the number of cases of dengue fever has come down. So that dengue fever can be prevented.
Prabhjot Kaur "Kalsi" was addressing a meeting of all the health inspectors from different community health centers at the Civil Surgeon's Office, Gurdaspur.
The meeting was attended by health inspectors from different blocks. D. S. P, rabies and sanitation reports were obtained.
She further said that at present there is a virus called Omicron in the world. The symptoms of this virus are similar to those of Corona disease. And to maintain social distance from each other and to prevent covid disease and to get covid vaccination of oneself and family members.
