AMRITSAR: Wherever there are Congress governments in the country, old pension has been implemented. Congress candidate from Amritsar Lok Sabha constituency, Shri Gurjeet Singh Aujla said this in Bhangali and Pakharpura villages of Majitha constituency.
A rally was held in Majitha under the chairmanship of Bhagwant Pal Singh Sachar. During this, he said in his address that today there is a need to liberate the people of the country from the BJP government which is a threat to every section of the society.
He said that lies do not last long, people have known the reality of Modi. Congress is going to form the government in the country, due to which BJP leaders are nervous and are making nonsense statements. He further said that we need to strike together so that the stain of slavery can be removed from the heads of the people. This can happen only if we make Congress Party candidates win with huge votes.
The first rally in Halka Majitha took place in village Bhangali Kalan under the leadership of Sarpanch Nishan Singh.
On this occasion, former MLA Savinder Singh Kathunangal, Bhagwant Pal Singh Sachar, Sarpanch Sukhraj Singh Randhawa, Kirtan Bir Singh Khadoor Sahib, Sarpanch Sukhwant Singh Chetanpura, Pradhan Navdeep Singh Sona, Member Panchayat Gurdev Singh, Member Panchayat Sukhjinder Singh, Member Panchayat Jagjit Singh. Block President Navtej Pal Singh, Sarpanch Satnam Singh, Sarpanch Ranjit Singh, Sarpanch Kala Singh, Daljit Singh, Shamsher Singh etc were present.
