NAKODAR:The Nakodar sadar police have booked two persons on the charge of
assaulting a village.
The investigating officer (IO) Manjit Singh said that the accused have been identified as Sukhvir Singh and Surindar Pal Singh
residents of Barra Sidh Pur village.
Mukhtiar Singh a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused attacked and seriously injured him.
IO said a case under sections 323, 325(voluntarily causing grievous hurt)506(criminal intimidation) and 34 (committing crime with common
intention) of the IPC has been registered against the accused. No arrests have been made and raids are being conducted to arrest
them.
