PHILLAUR:The Bilga police have arrested a fake travel agent identified as Naresh Kumar resident of Nanak Vindi for duping a Talwan village resident Ajay Kumar of Rs.60, 000 on the pretext of sending him abroad.
The Police said that a case under sections 406 (breach of trust) , 420 (cheating) of the Indian Penal Code and section 13 of the Punjab Travel Profession Regulation Act was registered against the accused. The victim told the police that the accused could neither send him abroad nor returned his money back
