BATHINDA: A hotel on Goniana Road was rocked last night when police from the Kotwali police station raided it. Busting the alleged illegal business being run under the guise of a kitty party, the police arrested nine people, including the hotel owner. Some young men were detained, while the women present were released with a warning.
Police had received information that bar dancers were being called in and forced to perform sexual acts. City Superintendent of Police Narinder Singh confirmed the incident, stating that the police had received a tip-off that the hotel was hosting parties and presenting them to customers and forcing them to perform sexual acts. Upon receiving the information, the team raided the hotel and arrested several people, including the hotel owner. According to the Superintendent of Police, the police have filed a case against around 10 people and are continuing to search for the hotel owner's brother
