PHAGWQRA: On a complaint lodged by Phagwara resident Balbir Ram the city police have registered a case under section 346B IPC after a minor girl was allegedly lured and taken away by an unidentified individual in the city.
According to the complainant , his 15-year-old minor daughter has gone missing under suspicious circumstances. In his statement to the police, he expressed concern that an unknown person had enticed and misled the minor before taking her to an undisclosed location.
The complainant alleged that his daughter was kept in the custody of the unidentified individual after being lured away, raising serious concerns about her safety and well-being. Following the statement, the police registered a formal case and initiated an investigation.
