CHANDIGARH: Ammodini Arya, a talented student of BA 2nd year from MCM College, has made her alma mater proud by winning a medal in shooting at the prestigious All India Thal Sainik Camp held in Delhi. The camp witnessed the participation of 134 individuals across the country. Ammodini representing the Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh Directorate.
Ammodini's exceptional skills and dedication to marksmanship secured her a place in the competition after being selected among 112 cadets. The shooting event, which hosted a total of 51 participants, saw her emerge as a true champion and bring laurels to her directorate.
Besides Ammodini known for her remarkable achievements in shooting, but she is also a versatile sportsperson. She has previously represented Chandigarh in football nationals for five consecutive times and has participated in boxing nationals as well.
When asked about her future aspirations, Ammodini expressed her desire to become an army officer and serve the nation. Her ambitions reflect her deep commitment to contribute to the welfare of the country and protect its sovereignty.
