CHANDIGARH: On the fourth death anniversary of legendary singer Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar, the fourth edition of the musical extravaganza, Alive Forever: Lata Mangeshkar, is being organized to pay tribute to her immortal legacy. The concert will take place on February 15th at 5:30 pm at the Tagore Theatre. Rajya Sabha MP and Chandigarh Univeraity Vice Chancellor Satnam Singh Sandhu will be the chief guest.
The event is being organized by Immortal Musical Waves, Patheos Welfare League, and Dhun Music Academy, which work tirelessly to promote music and cultural values. The event is being organized in collaboration with the Haryana Department of Art and Culture.
Event organizers Param Chandel, Param Chandel explained that this unique musical series, organized on the death anniversary of India's Nightingale, is continuing for the fourth consecutive year, honoring her incomparable contribution to Indian music.
Renowned Bollywood musicians, artists, and musicians who have collaborated with Lata Mangeshkar on original songs will perform on stage. They will recreate her timeless melodies and share their experiences with her.
