BHOLATHA/KAPURTHALA: As part of a series of events dedicated to the 400th birth anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji by the Punjab Government, a webinar was organized by the Punjabi Department at Government College Bholath.
Dr. Mukhveer Singh elaborated on the topic of 'Guru Tegh Bahadur's Bani's significance in modern times' online and said that Guru Sahib's Bani continues to inspire the whole of humanity even today.
He called upon all to follow the path shown by Guru Sahib for the creation of an ideal society.
Prof. Kulwant Singh, Head, Department of Punjabi, gave a very detailed answer to the questions asked by the students about the life and Bani of Guru Tegh Bahadur during the webinar.
He asked the students to take inspiration from the life of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji and continue their involvement in public welfare works.
Principal of the College Prof. Sukhwinder Sagar in his address also encouraged the students to take inspiration from the life of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
Prominent who took part in the webinar included Madam Chantarkanta, Madam Harpreet Kaur, Madam Anjali Devi, Rakesh Kumar Khanna, Harman Singh Bhandal, Bhola Singh, Malkit Singh, Lal, Raj Kumar besides all the college students were also present online.
