PU B.Ed Admissions 2020 for EWS from Dec. 1

CHANDIGARH: Panjab University, Chandigarh, on the basis of  instructions of Director, Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration has issued guidelines for B.Ed Admissions for Colleges of Education , situated in Chandigarh only and affiliated to Panjab University .  

There is 10 per cent reservation for the economically weaker section (EWS) for admission to city colleges. Those candidates belonging to the EWS from across India will get 10 per cent reservation over and above the sanctioned intake for admission to B.Ed. course in UT Colleges. Such candidates can send their application to the Coordinator B.Ed. Admissions along with supporting documents as per instructions given below:

·         The Applications are invited from the Candidates belonging to EWS category only.

·         The candidates applying under EWS category cannot be admitted against any other category.

·         Candidate has to pay the Application Fee of Rs. 2175/-

·         Candidate has to deposit their fee online at https://payonline.puchd.ac.in against the Fee Code “M0120”.

·         In case a candidate who wishes to apply under this category, but has already paid the Application Fee, need not pay the fee again (mention your previous application no.).

·         Candidate has to attach all the Certificates in support of their claims such as 10th DMC, Graduation and Post Graduation (if any) DMC, EWS Certificate, Fee Slip

·         Candidate is required to send all the documents in single pdf file to the Email ID chandigarhbed@pu.ac.in on or before last date.

·         The Candidate must read the prospectus for information about the course, eligibility and subject combinations.
