MOHALI: Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chancellor of Rayat Bahra Professional University Hoshiarpur and Chairman of the Rayat Bahra Group of Institutions, here today hailed the Punjab Government decision to set up Rayat Bahra Professional University at Hoshiarpur and said it was a significant decision aimed at imparting quality high education to the students of the state.
Interacting with media persons, Bahra said that this self-financed educational institution will act as a catalyst in providing quality education in Hoshiarpur besides acting as a catalyst to boost overall development of the area.
He said that the decision would give impetus to the spread of quality education to students in Hoshiarpur and its adjoining areas and increase the employment potential of the students. The professional courses would make the students employment ready and help them get plump placements.
He disclosed that a number of new age courses would be introduced in the Rayat Bahra Professional University in collaboration with top multinational companies to increase the employment potential of the students.
