Pakistani armed forces recover narcotics

ISLAMABAD:The Pakistan Coast Guard (PCG) and the Army have recovered ice heroin worth millions of dollars during a joint operation in Balochistan province.
In a statement late Wednesday, the PCG said that the armed forces conducted a raid at the mountainous terrain of Pasni district and recovered 99 kg of high-quality ice heroin from camels apparently carrying packaged goods, Xinhua news agency reported.

2 booked for marijuana possession in Goa

PANAJI: Two persons from Hyderabad were arrested for possession of 800gm of marijuana worth Rs 80,000 near a Goa night club by the North Goa district police.
In a statement issued on Friday, police said that Vinay Kumar, 28, and Chaitanya Konduri, 25, both residents of Hyderabad were arrested from near Hammers Club, in the popular beach village of Baga, during raid conducted late Thursday.
