AMRITSAR: Mr. Manjit Singh Bhoma, chairman of Dharma Pracharak Committee Punjab of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, on a special invitation of the elected representatives of District Gurdwara Management Committee (DGPC) of Jammu President Mr. Ranjit Singh Tohra, Vice President Mr. Balwinder Singh and Treasurer Mr. Jagpal Singh.
After Kashmir, a seven-member team of Sikh preachers of the Delhi Committee visited various areas of Jammu for preaching and propagation and listened and understood the local issues of the Sikhs there and they made them believe that the Delhi Committee would take care of their burning issues. Will do its due support to get the solution. All possible help and assistance will be given to the Sikhs of Jammu and Kashmir regarding religious propagation. He said that the Sikhs of Kashmir have their own local issues and the Sikhs of Jammu have their own local issues. He said that in the near future two separate meetings of the elected DGPC members of Kashmir and Jammu will be convened in Kashmir and Jammu to speed up the spread of religion and important considerations will be made to resolve their issues. The seven-member delegation of the Delhi Committee stayed in different areas of Jammu for three days and held meetings with various representatives of the Sikhs. One of these large gatherings was held at Gurdwara Sahib Guru Nanak Darbar Tanda RS Pura under the leadership of District Gurdwara Management Committee President Ranjit Singh Tohra. In which apart from the elected representatives, Granthi Singhs, Sikh preachers and Panthak Dardis participated more and more.
