Patwaris in Phagwara, Nakodar and Shahkot sub divisions and Nurmahal sub tehsil remained paralyzed even 12 days on Monday following
revenue officers mass leave against arrest of a naib-tehsildar by Vigilance Bureau Punjab.

Chief Secretary, Financial secretary revenue and Principal Secretary Vigilance but to no avail and hence it has decided to go on mass leave
till Tuesday.
