Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal put in house arrest, blames Bhagwant Mann for gagging voice of people
CHANDIGARH: The farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal today reacted strongly to the statement by Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, threatening farmers of police action if they tried to stop trains on May 6. The farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher had yesterday announce rail roko agitation against state and center government.
Dallewal and some other farmer leaders were today put into house arrest in wake of rail roko agitation call. Dallewal later in the day in a video statement said that Bhagwant Mann was suppressing the voice of people. He said that farmer's agitation would revive with full force. He warned against gagging the voice of people.
Dallewal gave call to people of Punjab to unite and rise against the anti-people actions of Bhagwant Mann government. He said that the more Mann would suppress their voice, more strongly they would hit back.
